Things San Germán zona urbana needs to improve

Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. Homes are going for about $116,700 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The food scene is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
