Most overrated things about San Martin

Hi all, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $1,315,900, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
