Housing in San Martin compared to Los Angeles

I've been here for 3 years and You can expect to pay around $2,332 for rent here. With a population of 7,199, San Martin is a small town. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Does this match your experience? People here are genuinely friendly...

Been meaning to ask this. Median household income is $156,292, which feels pretty solid for the area.

Most overrated things about San Martin

Hi all, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $1,315,900, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Relocating to San Martin, CA -pros and cons?

Curious what people think. I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
