Best coffee shops in San Tan Valley?

Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2022. The median home value here is around $365,900, which seems about average. Household incomes average around $93,642 in San Tan Valley. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for San Tan Valley? Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much developing but now it's excellent.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I love the pace of life here. Definitely worth checking out..
