Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Sacramento and Crime rate is something to consider -San Tan Valley sits at 127.7 per 100K. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
