Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in San Tan Valley? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $1857 for a studio which feels like a lot.
Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Rent tip: look for places in fall. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Downtown is overrated and overpriced. The suburbs offer way better value.

Been here 20 years. The city has changed a lot but overall for the better.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.
