San Tan Valley quality of life -am I missing something?

Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. Homes are going for about $365,900 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Thanks!

I'm a nurse and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. The community is excellent and there's always something going on.

Used to live on the Springfield side, now on the Highland side. Completely different vibe. it exceeded my expectations.
