Worst things about San Tan Valley nobody talks about

Longtime lurker here, It's a a mid-size city city with about 105K people. Poverty rate is 5.9%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Portland it's decent.
