Quick question about Sebastian
OK so I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $369/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 1,144, Sebastian is a small town. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here...
