Best neighborhoods to rent in Seguin?

My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,789 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 4 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to walkability but Hope this helps!.
