It's a a smaller city city with about 31,789 people. Household incomes average around $61,896 in Seguin. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem surprisingly good.
I've been here 5 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is excellent.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Eastside side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
