Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 12.7%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 31,789 people. The median home value here is around $227,000, which is actually reasonable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I overthinking this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
