What's it really like living in Seminole?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. Rent is about $724/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Hey everyone, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. The median home value here is around $86,500, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. TIA! Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Pros and cons of Seminole after 9 years

I'm a remote worker and Median household income is $37,267, which feels on the lower side for the area. With a population of 7,161, Seminole is a small town. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Cheers.
