Affordable areas near Seminole?
Hello, Homes are going for about $86,500 on average. Poverty rate is 29.6%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a small town city with about 7,161 people. Rent is about $724/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
