Moving to Seminole for work -advice?
First post here. Been living here since 2021. The median home value here is around $151,000, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $62,325, which feels about average for the area. Rent is about $881/month for a decent place. With a population of 7,097, Seminole is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Seminole sits at 141.3 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
