Studio apartments in Seminole -options?

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $62,325 in Seminole. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Best and worst neighborhoods in Seminole

I've been here for 1 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Seminole sits at 141.3 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Thoughts? The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
