Random thought, I'm retired and Median household income is $91,065, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $988 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly....
