Best coffee shops in Shady Hills?

My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,054/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Shady Hills sits at 570.8 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a nurse who relocated here from Chicago about 6 years ago. The main reasons were family and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it pretty good compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are affordable, gas is tough.

Socially, I have mixed feelings honestly. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
