What's it really like living in Shelbyville?

Alright, The median home value here is around $151,100, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. As someone who grew up here, it was the best decision I ever made. A lot has changed in the past few years though. outdoor recreation used to be much affordable but now it's hit or miss.
