Household incomes average around $61,025 in Sheridan. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Any help is appreciated. What's it really like living in Sheridan?

Hi all, I've been here for 8 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Sheridan sits at 282.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Biggest downsides of living in Sheridan?

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $61,025, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

First post here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
