What's it really like living in Sheridan?

Hi all, I've been here for 8 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Sheridan sits at 282.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Biggest downsides of living in Sheridan?

Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Median household income is $61,025, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

The good and bad of living in Sheridan

First post here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
