Is Sheridan still affordable?

Military spouse here. Poverty rate is 6.1%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a small town city with about 6,462 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
