Sherman is underrated, change my mind

Hi all, I'm originally from Omaha and Homes are going for about $219,300 on average. The median home value here is around $219,300, which is actually reasonable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
