Sherman quality of life -am I missing something?

OK so My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 45,036 people. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $60,935 in Sherman. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cost of living, then yeah this place is great. But if healthcare matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
