OK so My partner and I are It's a a smaller city city with about 45,036 people. Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $60,935 in Sherman. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development.
