Moving to Shingle Springs for work -advice?
Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $686,300 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $109,531, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much...
