Best companies to work for in Shorewood?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but My family moved here when I was a kid. With a population of 13,682, Shorewood is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,291 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
