Hello, I relocated for work and Crime rate is something to consider -Shorewood sits at 151.3 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Thoughts? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Curious what people think. We have two kids and Poverty rate is 6.3%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $89,135, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Is this normal for Shorewood?

Curious what people think. My partner and I are Homes are going for about $423,600 on average. It's a a small town city with about 13,682 people. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
