Hey folks, With a population of 126K, Simi Valley is a mid-size city. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.
I've been here 11 years and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is decent.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
