Anyone else feel this way? I'm a teacher here and It's a a mid-size city city with about 126K people. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up.
Anyone in a similar situation? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
