Day-to-day life in Simpsonville, KY

I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $91,221, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 3,006 people. The unemployment rate is 1.2%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cheers. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
