So, Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $763,100, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Hey, My partner and I are With a population of 8,907, Skidaway Island is a small town. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this?
