Hey folks, Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $160,800 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -South Beloit sits at 170.3 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks in advance!
