Best companies to work for in South Beloit?

Curious what people think. I'm originally from Denver and It's a a small town city with about 7,930 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Used to live on the Fairview side, now on the Maple Ridge side. Completely different vibe. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
