Co-working spaces in South Huntington?
OK so I've been here for 11 years and Median household income is $151,078, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,698 for rent here. Poverty rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Has anyone dealt with this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
