OK so I'm originally from Los Angeles and It's a a small town city with about 10,150 people. The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?
