Moving to South Park with kids -good idea?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and With a population of 2,021, South Park is a small town. Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Any advice would be great. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent ...
