Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $214,800 on average. The median home value here is around $214,800, which is actually reasonable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
