Southaven quality of life -am I missing something?

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 20s, and Poverty rate is 10.3%, which is around average. It's a a smaller city city with about 55,531 people. Household incomes average around $76,159 in Southaven. You can expect to pay around $1,361 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want community vibe, then yeah this place is great. But if cost of living matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I work in consulting here and I have mixed feelings honestly. The job market for my field is solid. Feel free to reach out with questions..
