Curious what people think. Just moved here 3 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Southold sits at 22.0 per 100K. Poverty rate is 0.3%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thanks in advance!
