Considering Spanish Lake vs Omaha -help me decide

First post here. Household incomes average around $51,125 in Spanish Lake. Homes are going for about $121,300 on average. The median home value here is around $121,300, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, it's not perfect but it works for me. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much affordable but now it's tough.

We moved here with our family and it exceeded my expectations. Schools in Oak Park area are surprisingly good. Kids love it here.

Moved here from Houston about 15 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but No regrets on my end..
