Is public transit usable in Spanish Lake?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I work in consulting and Homes are going for about $121,300 on average. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 18,183, Spanish Lake is a small town. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
