Is Spanish Lake good for remote workers?

Random thought, I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Spanish Lake sits at 916.8 per 100K. Median household income is $51,125, which feels on the lower side for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
