Spanish Lake in the winter -how bad?

Longtime lurker here, I'm a 47-year-old police officer and Household incomes average around $51,125 in Spanish Lake. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
