What to expect moving to Spanish Lake?

Hey, Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $51,125, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $121,300 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem underrated.

I've been here 15 years and it's improved dramatically in recent years. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into skiing, this place is improving.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Fairview side vs the Eastside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
