Been meaning to ask this. I'm a college student here and It's a a small town city with about 11,393 people. With a population of 11,393, Spencer is a small town. Median household income is $57,068, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
