Hey everyone, I relocated for work and Homes are going for about $366,900 on average. Household incomes average around $85,321 in Spotsylvania Courthouse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
