First time home buyer in Spotsylvania Courthouse

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Household incomes average around $85,321 in Spotsylvania Courthouse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
