Hey, I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a small town city with about 6,793 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Worth the trade-offs? Cheers. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
