Not sure if this has been asked before, but Born and raised here. Rent is about $1,738/month for a decent place. It's a a smaller city city with about 53,585 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA!
