Is Spring Hill a good place to live?

OK so I'm originally from San Diego and The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. With a population of 53,585, Spring Hill is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $452,400 on average. The median home value here is around $452,400, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good job market
- Growing food scene
- Walkable downtown
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Not very walkable
- Poor road conditions
Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
