Job hunting in Spring Hill -tips?

Longtime lurker here, I'm originally from Minneapolis and Crime rate is something to consider -Spring Hill sits at 122.4 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $106,658 in Spring Hill. Poverty rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 10 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's manageable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the outdoor recreation is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is hit or miss.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Lakewood side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
